A place for both children with ASD and their siblings can get together and be "off the clock" together. POCWSN = Parents of children with special needs I know many parents that are in need of support, even if it's just a shoulder to cry on. As a mom of a child with ASD and ADHD, I know the frustrations that arise on a daily basis. My goal is to find ways to support one another. I would like to establish play dates, coffee breaks, Parents night out and whatever any one else feels they need. I am not a doctor or therapist.  I am just a mom looking for support and advice from other parents.

We are a group parents in Loudoun County, VA who have preschool and elementary aged special needs children. This is a place to organize play dates and trips for summertime and beyond. Looking for other parents who have children who may be struggling with social skills or other issues such as adhd, aspergers, pdd, mood disorder or anything similar. I would like to get our kids together for playdates such as Lego groups, crafts, going to meet ups at museums, parks & other fun events.
